Returns
At Greenhouse film, we take pride in providing top-quality greenhouse plastic designed to enhance crop protection, optimize light diffusion, and ensure durability in all weather conditions. Our return policy is designed to reflect the specialized nature of our products while ensuring fairness and transparency.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Several types of goods are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Custom-cut or made-to-order greenhouse plastic
  • Items shipped outside the United States
  • Clearance or sale items

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Greenhouse Film (cut-to-size or bulk orders)
  • Shade Cloth
  • Blackout and Light Deprivation Plastic
  • Polycarbonate Panels
  • Any Grow Media (e.g., Coco Coir, Rockwool, Hemp Mats)
  • Automated Growing Systems
  • UV-Resistant Agricultural Covers

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items returned not in their original condition (damaged, missing parts, or signs of use not due to our error).
  • Non-returnable items where we have explicitly agreed in writing to accept a return.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a specified timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Contact your bank for potential delays in posting refunds.
  4. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@greenhousefilm.com.

Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email us at info@greenhousefilm.com to receive further instructions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping
To initiate a return, email info@greenhousefilm.com to request a return label.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.
  • Depending on location, processing times for exchanges may vary.
  • For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe delivery. Greenhouse film is not responsible for lost return shipments.
